Final Sale Policy

All products sold during our TikTok Live Stream events are special promotional items offered at exclusive discounted prices. These items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damages or Shipping Errors

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mistonestore@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your case individually and provide an appropriate solution — either a replacement or a refund, if applicable.

Refund Processing (Approved Claims Only)

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
